Services offered

As an Equine Gestalt Coach, I provide a variety of options for connection and support, all offered with the intention of you rediscovering your wholeness.

I invite you to choose whichever resonates with you….

• Private coaching:  One-on-one sessions with me, partnering with the horses in a safe, confidential & private environment (90-120mins).
• Phone/Skype coaching:  Flexible support and exploration through the use of a variety of coaching tools from the comfort of your own home (30-60 min calls).
• Group sessions:  Regular monthly gatherings for support, connection, fun (!) & self exploration with the horses.
• Workshops:  Please contact me to discuss the possibility for a custom designed full/half day experience for you and your group.
  
• Packages:  These include 3 telephone connection calls & 1 or 2 horse experiences. Usually scheduled over 1 month, flexible to suit you.
• Bespoke immersive experiences : Designed to your requirements these exclusive offerings include local accomodation (camping option also available) and a variety of personalised sessions which can range from Equine Gestalt sessions, meditation, guided walks, energy treatments, sound bath to wild swimming.

I feel drawn to work with females who have experienced change in their life and who sense that there is ‘more.’ More to be explored both in who they really are and what their life’s purpose is. I have walked this path and alongside me always there have been horses bringing their acceptance, their heart and their support. I am also drawn to support teens in connecting with their inner strength, improving self esteem and self acceptance.

Truth be told I actually love to invite people of all ages and backgrounds to come join me and the horses for an unique experience of personal exploration, connecting with yourself and the horses through Equine Gestalt Coaching.

No horse experience required…… all interactions take place on the ground (no riding involved).
